What is a proxy?
A proxy is a document that allows you to be represented at a meeting without actually attending. By voting through this website, you are authorizing your vote to be represented at the meeting.
What can I do on proxyonline.com?
Once you have successfully logged-in using your AAA Membership number, you can view or download the proxy material and vote. You can also appoint your proxy / proxies for future annual or special meetings. We have designed this website with you in mind and made it as simple as possible for you to navigate.
Where is my AAA Membership number located?
You can find your AAA Membership number on your AAA Card. It’s the 16-digit number starting with “4”. You can also find your Membership number on your renewal statement.
I recently received a notice for an upcoming meeting. Where can I find information about this meeting?
The information about this meeting can be found each year in the winter issue of Via Magazine. We will update the proxy materials on this website once they're published.
I cannot login using my AAA Membership number.
If you are having trouble logging in using your AAA Membership number, please be sure you are entering the entire number correctly. If you enter the number incorrectly three different times, the website will block you from entering another for 15 minutes. This is for security reasons. If this occurs, simply close your website window and try again after 15 minutes. If you are still unable to log in, you can also download a PDF of the annual meeting notice and proxy form from the AAA website’s Corporate Governance page and submit your vote by mail to the address listed in the notice.

While voting is voluntary, it is important to voice your say at a meeting. Please take a few moments of your time and vote today.
How do I attend the meeting?
If you would like to attend the meeting, specific instructions regarding the location and time of the meeting are found in the Annual Meeting notice published each year in the winter issue of Via Magazine. The Annual Meeting notice will contain information about how to register for in person attendance.
